Ashton is very well maintained and clean, and the resident perks are fantastic. The overall resident experience feels thoughtful and intentional, which we really appreciate. One small suggestion would be for Ashton to send a single welcome email outlining all of the available perks, apps, and accounts offered to residents. During move-in, we received several separate emails about different apps to download and rewards programs to enroll in, which became a bit overwhelming. I’m grateful for all the offerings, but having one centralized email that clearly explains everything Ashton provides—including which apps to install and which programs residents can enroll in—would make the onboarding experience even smoother.

Ashton Austin is a great place to live. The building is very clean, and the office staff is accommodating and responds very quickly to any requests. The downtown location is convenient, though it can be a bit loud at times. With a 24/7 concierge, it feels safe. Overall, a positive living experience.

Yesterday was my first day at the Ashton and I was unfamiliar with the basics: garage entry, package retrieval, mail boxes, etc, Ian at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He made my first impression of the building a great one.

So far so good! We just moved into the Ashton Austin and we are absolutely loving it. The amenities are top-notch and the surroundings are beautiful. The move-in process was smooth, and we are really enjoying exploring everything the community has to offer so far.

It was great the first couple months we moved in here. But soon there was neighbor noise, dog noise, parties, smoking...all of which we reported multiple times (at management's urging, to "build a case against them"). Over a year later into our lease, we've seen nothing actionable done to stop the issues. Thank goodness one neighbor was amenable to our ask, but the ones that have no respect for other people? Management won't even come up with a way to curb the behavior (like fining, which is very simple). There's absolutely no point in reporting things anymore because it's going nowhere. The team isn't even the same anymore, including Megan and Shannon, which were some of our favorites. As a result, and due to the noise from the street and clubs is so bad on our side of the building, we've decided to leave partway through our lease. We just can't keep living here. Very disappointing and unfortunate because we had such high hopes from the good response when we first moved in.

Cristina and Shannon were sooo helpful and hands on throughout my entire experience! Very responsive and kind. Thanks to my new Ashton Fam! I felt heard and seen, very informed of all the steps to take. I also got assistance with all of the apps and platforms I needed to get integrated. It seemed overwhelming at first but they helped every step of the way!

I love living at the Ashton. The staff is wonderful, the building is clean, quiet, and safe. The location can’t be beat. Living at the Ashton in Austin is the best!
